Who is ADR Cleaning Solutions?

 

Always Done Right Cleaning Solutions was founded in 2012 by Amy D Rosenbalm. When I got married the initials didn't fit anymore, A client recommended because we do such a wonderful job cleaning that it should be called Always Done Right Cleaning Solutions. We ran with it.

Amy Engstrom: 

          Hello! My name is Amy. D Engstrom. I have been in this industry for 35 years and absolutely love what I do. 

My responsibilities as CEO are to oversee the daily functions of business. I am occassionally in the field to servey new techniques from my teams superb ideas.

 

 

Scott Engstrom

          Hello! My name is Scott Engstrom. I have been in the cleaning industry for only two years. My responsibilities as CFO is to manage all HR policies in the company along with seeing over the financials of the business. I also oversee the night crew with my partner.

 

 

Todd Dahleen

          Hello! My name is Todd Dahleen. I have been in the cleaning industry for 20 years. My responsibilities as COO are oversee the field operations on both the residential and janitorial. I am in the field alot.
